Megan really wanted to do something different and unexpected around breast cancer awareness and was up the night before brainstorming ideas for the right design. Megan created a gorgeous (and delicious) cake and cupcakes for our wedding and did an amazing job. Their award-winning cakes included an intricate wedding cake done in red and gold with delicate wafer paper flowers, a magnificent beach-themed surf shack with surfboards for the sculpted cake category and a breast cancer awareness-themed fondant cake with an inspirational back story. Cassidys Cakes is a home bakery serving the Aiken, SC area since 2012 with delicious custom desserts for every occasion. gluten, and dairy, Pushkins Bakery and its products are the result of co-owner Olga Turners dedication. Megan takes pride in her work and enjoys taking time to get to know each customers wants and needs with their order. After many years learning and honing in on her cake decorating craft at a local grocery store, Megan decided it was time to branch out and work on her own. MegLo Cakes LLC is owned and operated by Megan Nasseri Lambeth. The duo won first place in all three categories before going on to take the top honors, including a $3,000 Grand Prize. MegloCakes is closed September 16-20, 2022. Over two days, they were among five two-person teams asked to create cakes in three categories: a wedding cake, a sculpted cake and a rolled fondant cake with a breast cancer awareness theme.

After winning a regional cake decorating competition this past spring, Megan and Kyle earned a spot at the Pillsbury Bakers’ Plus competition hosted by General Mills Foodservice and the Retail Bakers of America.
